Hi dear Leaf,
Thank you for offering us such good question,basically speaking ,from the view of the phonetics,the sound /t/ should change into /d/ after /s/and/ks/,such as"struggle and steel".But we still allowe the exception happend.
Take it easy:)If you still can't understand it inside out,you can pronounce it like/'histri/ or if you want more illustrations, please come to me in person whenever you are available at school.
