What do you know about your university?
Hefei University of Technology (HFUT) is founded in 1945. It has a history of 61
years.
It is one of the key universities in China and it is directly under the Ministry of Education,
also a university listed among the group of "211 Project’’.
We have 17 schools and departments, 41 research institutes and several key disciplinary areas. We have more than 23,000 undergraduates.

What do you think of your university?
I think it is a good university. We have beautiful campus and excellent faculty. I make many friends and I have a good relationship with my teachers. We have
a fine tradition of learning and harmonious atmosphere.
I have learnt a lot here and I will be learning more. I like it very much and I am sure my university
has a great vigor of growth and a bright future
5. Describe your hometown
I am from Fuzhou, a famous city with a long history over 2,200 years. The city lies in the eastern part of the province. It is the center of politics, economy and culture. It is famous for the hot springs. Visitors at home and abroad feel it comfortable bathing here.
6. Describe your family
There are three members in my family; my parents and me. My father is a technician in a factory. He often goes out on business, so most of the housework is done by my mom. Climbing at weekends is our common interest. The fresh air and natural beauty can help us get rid of tiredness. During my college life, my parents’ love and support have always been my power, and I hope in future I will be able to repay them.
