时间飞逝，为期两年的工作室活动即将结束，期间我们付出许多，但收获更多。为了给我们的活动划上完美句号，请大家配合，准时完成下述工作。

1、博客上自己写的文章打包，3月21日前发到周菁的邮箱.

2、《教育激情》读书交流时，制作的ppt，3月21日前发到金莹的邮箱。

3、各种获奖证书、荣誉证书复印件，4月1日活动时带来。

4、公开发表的文章，请将刊登的报刊杂志封面、目录和文章所登载的页面复印，复印件于4月1日活动时带来。

5、校、区、市级公开课教案和教后感，4月15日前发到金莹的邮箱。

6、学员小结，5月10日前发到金莹的邮箱。（对整个两年的活动做一个总结。）

7、下面4张表格，4月1日前以word附件形式发到金莹的邮箱，用自己的名字（中文，不要写拼音）做word文件名。
