<img src ="http://www.teachblog.net/zouzou/aggbug/1133.html" width = "1" height = "1" /><br><br><div align=right><a style="text-decoration:none;" href="http://www.teachblog.net/zouzou/" target="_blank">Tina</a> 2006-06-03 17:57 <a href="http://www.teachblog.net/zouzou/archive/2006/06/03/1133.html#Feedback" target="_blank" style="text-decoration:none;">发表评论</a></div>]]></description></item><item><title>教育就是要培养习惯——访“养成教育”专家关鸿羽【摘录】</title><link>http://www.teachblog.net/zouzou/archive/2006/05/07/717.html</link><dc:creator>Tina</dc:creator><author>Tina</author><pubDate>Sun, 07 May 2006 14:28:00 GMT</pubDate><guid>http://www.teachblog.net/zouzou/archive/2006/05/07/717.html</guid><wfw:comment>http://www.teachblog.net/zouzou/comments/717.html</wfw:comment><comments>http://www.teachblog.net/zouzou/archive/2006/05/07/717.html#Feedback</comments><slash:comments>2</slash:comments><wfw:commentRss>http://www.teachblog.net/zouzou/comments/commentRss/717.html</wfw:commentRss><trackback:ping>http://www.teachblog.net/zouzou/services/trackbacks/717.html</trackback:ping><description><![CDATA[中国教师报：您能否谈谈您对养成教育的理解？<br>关鸿羽：孩子的行为有四个层次。<font color=#800080>最低层次是被动行为</font>。它需要靠外部的强制力量。这是因为此时孩子的道德认识还不充分，道德情感还不稳固，还没有形成道德意志。例如，老师在场就守纪律，老师不在场就不守纪律。<font color=#800080>第二个层次是自发性行为</font>。学生通过接受教育，对习惯培养的重要性有了基本的认识，并能自发地根据情境要求去做，但由于其自控能力差，兴趣、情绪变化大，因此行为具有随意性＆情境性，行为习惯常常顾此失彼，不能完全到位，反复性大，往往是不稳定地。这时学生不但需要自己的意志努力，还需要家长＆老师从外部给予一定的提醒＆督促。<font color=#800080>第三个层次是自觉性行为</font>。它需要一定的意志努力，靠内部的自我监督，但尚需自己的意志努力。例如，老师不在时也能守纪律，但还需要自己控制自己，提醒自己。知道上课时随便说话、玩东西是不对的，但有时还需要经过自己的思想斗争。看到别人在课堂上说话，也想说，可又一想，好学生应该自觉守纪律，虽然老师不在，也要严格要求自己，于是控制了自己的行动。这种行为虽然属自觉行为，但还不是自动行为。<font color=#800080>最高层次是自动行为</font>。既不需要外部监督，也不需自己意志努力，这时学生遵守纪律已不是被迫的，既不是迫于教师的监督，又不是靠自己的思想斗争或意志努力，而是自然的、自动的行动，<font color=#006400>这就是习惯</font>。<br><br>在一定意义上说没有训练就没有习惯。<br>中国教师报：训练很重要，有的学校也在进行这种训练，但是效果并不好，这是为什么？<br>关鸿羽：我认为训练必须科学，要特别注意以下几点。<br>　　第一，训练必须持之以恒，最少连续训练六周。<br>　　良好习惯的形成并不是一日之功；矫正一个不良习惯更不是短时间能办到的事，冰冻三尺非一日之寒。好习惯只有在长期反复的训练中才能养成。我们经过多年实验得出结论：<font color=#800080>最容易训练的习惯也需要连续六周才能形成</font>。培养良好行为习惯的工作必须一杆子插到底，切不可&#8220;前紧后松&#8221;、&#8220;一曝十寒&#8221;，要有耐性，要不怕反复。行为训练要抓反复，反复抓。<br>　　第二，训练必须严而又严，不要有例外。<br>　　研究中我发现一个规律：孩子养成良好习惯以后是非常愉快的，可养成的过程却是一个&#8220;痛苦&#8221;的过程。训练就需要咬着牙，战胜许多困难，经过许多枯燥单调练习，才能成功。特别是对已形成不良习惯的，要矫正就更要坚强的意志，强化训练。事实证明不少孩子的好习惯，往往是在与坏习惯的斗争中形成的。因此，训练就要有个&#8220;狠劲&#8221;，严而又严。<font color=#800080>这里一个重要的原则是不要有例外，开始第一件不该迁就他的你迁就他，以后就难以要求了</font>。<br>　　确定标准之后，就要严格遵守，不能放松。没有&#8220;狠&#8221;劲，表面上是爱孩子，可最终是害了他们。我们必须把严与爱紧密地结合在一起，通过严达到爱。寓爱于严，严爱结合，严中有爱，爱中有严，严爱结合，刚柔相济。<br>　　第三，要把握关键点，抓好第一次。<br>　　习惯训练要重视第一次，第一次往往印象深刻，先入为主，具有导向作用。如果孩子第一次偷东西，老师发现了，很好教育，可能以后就不偷了。如果孩子第一次偷东西老师没发现或没重视，孩子偷了十次老师才发现或才重视，就不好教育了。<br><br>中国教师报：在学校开展养成教育，除了您刚才介绍的训练法还有什么其他方法吗？<br>关鸿羽：身教法也很重要。人的习惯很多是模仿来的，尤其是坏习惯。没有一个家长教孩子说：&#8220;你说话必须带口头语，说两句带一个&#8216;他妈的&#8217;，再说两句再带一个&#8216;他妈的&#8217;。&#8221;但是，生眼人一看，这个孩子跟他爸爸一样，连口头语都一样。怎么来的，模仿来的。<font color=#800080>教师的品格对学生构成一种巨大的教育力量。这力量决非教科书、格言和道德说教所能代替的，它不是贴在墙上的豪言壮语，也不是写在纸上的名言警句，更不是挂在嘴上的信条，而是教师用生命对孩子的教育。</font>它体现在教师的品格之中，由教师的一言一行、一举一动、一点一滴注入学生的心灵。因此教师必须随时随地加强自己的修养，以身立教。其中特别要做到：以德育德，以行导行，以学促学，以趣激趣，以情动情，以意志训练意志，以性格培养性格。其实还有很多方法，比如制约法、境教法、言教法、实践锻炼法、指导自我教育法、疏导法、正强化法、负强化法、评价法、活动法，等等。老师在进行训练和身教的同时，辅以其他的方法，效果会更好。<br>　　养成教育也是一个由浅入深、由近及远、循序渐进的过程，违背了由低到高这个序，就会妨碍学生成长。<br><br>
